Empowering Families Through Knowledge, Lived Experience and Support

Our programs provide essential guidance for parents, caregivers, and educators, equipping them with the tools to foster healthy child development. From foundational parenting strategies to specialized support for perinatal wellness in post-secondary settings, we create programs that nurture resilience, confidence, and well-being for individuals and communities.

Core Foundations Parenting Program

  • Core Parenting Foundations: A Collective for Mothers in Strength, Growth, and Community is a 13-week program designed to provide teenage mothers with a supportive foundation through education, emotional support, and life skills, leveraging personal narratives and guest speakers to guide them from pregnancy to early parenthood.

  • The Core Parenting Foundations: A Collective for Mothers in Strength, Growth, and Community Program helps teenage mothers build a strong foundation for parenting while also focusing on perinatal wellness and being mentored by a seasoned and educated parent and professional.

Post-Secondary Perinatal Wellness and Academic Support (PPAS) Program

  • Post-Secondary Perinatal Wellness and Academic Support (PPAS) is a virtual program component with an optional in-person doula support component with subject matter that covers topics related to research-informed perinatal wellness, doula and birthing support, and academic success.

Navigating Mental Health Services for Parents Workshop

  • Navigating Mental Health Services for Parents is a three-part workshop series designed to empower parents with practical skills, emotional support, and advocacy tools to navigate the mental health system for their children effectively. Through a blend of education, healing-focused exercises, and actionable advocacy techniques, parents will gain confidence and resilience in supporting their children’s mental health journeys. These workshops provide a supportive community environment where parents can openly address their concerns and learn from experts and peers alike.
