Core Foundations Parenting Program
Core Parenting Foundations: A Collective for Mothers in Strength, Growth, and Community is a 13-week program designed to provide teenage mothers with a supportive foundation through education, emotional support, and life skills, leveraging personal narratives and guest speakers to guide them from pregnancy to early parenthood.

Post-Secondary Perinatal Wellness and Academic Support (PPAS) is a virtual program component with an optional in-person doula support component with subject matter that covers topics related to research-informed perinatal wellness, doula and birthing support, and academic success.
